Selling a home? Buying a home? Partner with Bev Raspanti!
At the time my wife and I decided to downsize, Bev Raspanti
was our first call. Having known Bev for approximately 15 years, sharing common
ground as parents with teenage and teammate sons, this was our first venture
professionally. To say we hit a home run
is an understatement. Bev Raspanti
provided the optimum blend of technical expertise and personal care to make our
experience highly successful.
Bev’s technical expertise blended her years of experience
and attention to detail each step along the way. Specifically, her wisdom
gained over the course of her career resulted in a sound timeline established
in advance. Prioritization of tasks was logical and clear to include home
inspection, home sale, home purchase and finance planning. Regarding the financial component, Bev’s
referral to a skilled and experienced mortgage broker was critical. They both
assisted us with decisions in
transitioning from the work field to the retirement arena during this time of
selling and buying our homes.
Additionally, Bev’s solid technology skills added to the ease with which
our areas of responsibility were accomplished.
Bev’s people skills are premium. Bev’s many years of
experience allowed her to anticipate our questions and concerns. She calmly,
clearly and thoroughly responded to all our inquiries and she never made us
feel like we were pestering, no matter the issue, day or night. Bev’s ability to empathize with us throughout
the process was a real strength. We were
very impressed with the up-front time she took in laying the groundwork for
understanding our needs and desires. Bev’s interaction with all players in the
process was highly professional at all times, as well. Throughout the entire
selling and buying process, we always felt that Bev held our interest as the
number one priority.
Of special note are two examples that were extremely helpful
in aiding a smooth process. These two examples encapsulate both Bev’s people
and technical acumen. The first was Bev’s suggestion for us to conduct our own
home inspection by a licensed professional for the selling of our property. The
benefit of the inspection allowed us to identify and remedy items in advance
and present the buyer with all information regarding our home. The second was a matter regarding the
purchase of our new home. Based on varying settlement dates for both
properties, Bev suggested and negotiated our ability to rent our new property
prior to settlement, thus avoiding moving our belongings twice.
In closing, if you want the best service and attention to
detail, it is without hesitation or reservation that we highly endorse Bev
Raspanti as your “go-to” real estate agent.
